Paul Kelly has over 35 years of banking experience in a variety of leadership roles. At Berkshire, he built Middle Market, Business Banking and Syndication Teams. Prior to Berkshire Bank, he worked for People’s United Bank as a Regional President and Santander Bank as the Head of Specialty Lending which included Asset Based Lending, Automotive Finance, Mortgage Warehouse and Equipment Leasing.

 

Paul earned his BSBA from Bryant College and his Master’s of Finance from Bentley’s McCallum Graduate School. He was also an Army Captain in the Military Police. Paul serves as the Vice Chairman of the Worcester Regional Research Bureau and on the Boards of the Worcester Chamber of Commerce and Worcester Economic Club. He served as the Past President of the Northeast Turnaround Management Association and Secretary at SBANE/New England Business Association. Beyond these volunteer roles, Paul is involved in the Commercial Finance Association, Association of Corporate Growth, and the Veteran Entrepreneurial Training and Resource Network (VETRN). He is also participating in his 6th Pan Mass cancer fundraising ride.
