Brian has his Certified Financial Planner designation as well as his Certified Exit Planning Advisor designation, through which he partners with tax & estate attorneys as well as CPAs to provide a multitude of services to clients. One of these is developing and implementing sophisticated estate and tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities within the families of entrepreneurs, executives, and founders in the phase of upcoming liquidity events. Furthermore, he leverages these partners to consult clients on philanthropic strategies commonly utilized to minimize tax liability in a year when an exit via M&A transaction, IPO, or other liquidity event occurs.  Brian lives in Hopkinton MA with his wife Mary and their two young daughters, and he spends as much time as is left over running ultramarathons, competing in endurance races, and skiing.
