Caitlin Roos is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Boston, Massachusetts. She serves business owners, entrepreneurs and executives – working to help them optimize and streamline the management of their wealth.

Caitlin shares the entrepreneurial spirit of clients – C-suite executives of Fortune 500 companies, owners of family and privately held businesses and generations of wealthy families. She also assists family offices and institutions.

With years spent in commercial banking, Caitlin leverages that skillset to help clients identify their personal wealth structuring goals. As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designee, she provides pre- and post-planning for M&A transactions and other liquidity events.

Caitlin and her team of specialists provide exit and succession planning, trust and estate planning, banking and lending, family office services, philanthropy and investment management. She believes that keeping clients apprised of new opportunities is critical to establishing a trusted relationship in which ideas are freely and frequently exchanged.

Before joining Bank of America Private Bank, Caitlin advised closely-held companies, municipalities and nonprofits at Belmont Savings Bank. She began her career with RBS Americas in its commercial banking group. Caitlin holds an M.B.A. from Simmons College with a focus in entrepreneurship and a B.S. in business administration from Framingham State University, with a focus in finance and economics.

Caitlin currently serves on the Gore Place Museum Board, on the Framingham State University Advisory Board and is a member of the Boston Committee of Tina’s Wish. Her past service experience includes Head of Missions at The Lutheran Church of the Newton’s, Smaller Business Association of New England’s innovation awards mentor, Cherie Blair Foundation’s Mentoring Program mentor and Fresh Air Fund host parent. Caitlin lives in Needham with her husband and two children.
